Cardio Boxing 

Want to break a sweat and blow off some steam? This is the class to do it! This class is 60 minutes of heart-pumping action, where you will throw punches, jump rope and burn major calories!

Circuit Training

Our most popular class! The workouts will make sure to hit all the muscles in the entire body, using an array of dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, cable machine and bodyweight exercises.

Stretch-n-Revive

Our bodies tend to get tight for a variety of reasons. Take a half-hour with the foam roller, lacrosse ball, rolling stick and break down some problem areas, followed up with some light stretching and mobility work designed to get your body working again.

Hardstyle HIIT

Our most intense class! Push yourself through thirty minutes of grueling, heart-pounding exercises that will make you sweat, with a motivating soundtrack of upbeat, hardstyle music to get you moving!

Rise-n-Shine Boot Camp

Get your sweat on and start the day with our Rise ‘n’ Shine Boot Camp! This short but intense class will get your heart going and burn some serious calories by combining strength training and bodyweight exercises.

Tuesday: Circuit Training 6:20-7:20pm; Hardstyle HIIT 7:30-8:00pm

Wednesday: Rise-n-Shine Bootcamp 7:15-7:45am, Hardstyle HIIT 8:00-8:30am

Thursday: Circuit Training 6:20-7:20pm

Friday: Rise-n-Shine Bootcamp 7:15-7:45am; Stretch-n-Revive 8:00-8:30am

Saturday: Cardio Boxing 8:00-8:50am, Boot Camp 9:00-9:45am

Sunday: No Scheduled Classes

Single Class Drop-In — $15

8 Classes — $90

15 Classes — $135 (That’s only $9 per class!)

Note: Class packages expire after 90 days
